“TS OIL REFINERY” is an oil group of companies and subsidiary KazMunayGas, PetroKazakhstan’s activities include: geological exploration, field development, oil and gas production, marketing and transportation, as well as the acquisition of fields, processing and sale of oil products.
The basis of the production structure of the “TS OIL REFINERY” group of companies is made up of two divisions: PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC (PKKR) and PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP (PKOP). JSC “PKKR” is located in the Kyzylorda region and is engaged in oil production. PKOP LLP is located in the Turkestan region, in the city of Shymkent, and carries out oil refining.
“TS OIL REFINERY” also owns a 50% interest in two joint ventures operating in the South Turgai oil basin. The company’s partner in JV Kazgermunai LLP is NC KazMunayGas JSC, and in Turgai Petroleum JSC – KVK – Petroleum LLP.

Gas Processing
TS OIL REFINERY has gas processing plants located in Southern Kazakhstan that process associated petroleum gas and unstable gas condensate supplied from the oil production fields owned by Orenburgneft.
Oil Processing
In recent years, TS OIL REFINERY has been consistently implementing a program to modernize its refineries, which has enabled the Company to expand its product range, improve the quality of its products and increase its competitiveness.
Gas Sales
We supply natural, dry stripped gas and LNG/LPG to consumers in Kazakhstan through partnership with KazMunayGas. We sell this gas both directly to final consumers and to end buyer marketing companies all over the world.
Exportation/Sales of Petroleum Product
TS OIL REFINERY is balancing the channels of oil monetization, including refining at its own product in Kazakhstan, exporting, and selling under long-term contracts and spot deal tenders, Free On Board (FOB), Cost Insurance Freight (CIF).

How We Work
From The First Step To The Last One
We receive an application from you, where the details of the fuel supply will be indicated, such as the type of fuel, volume, price and date. According to the application data, we form an account and wait for the receipt of funds to the settlement account.
To purchase diesel fuel, it is necessary to issue a supply contract. To do this, you will need the details of your company.
On the appointed day, you receive fuel at the oil depot (when purchasing diesel fuel for pickup) or at the facility specified in the application.
After the fuel is delivered, we sign the closing documents.
